Rhodelite Garnet

This type of garnet is a slightly purplish red through reddish purple, with rose and plum undertones. A perfect color match for spring, summer, and all skin tones, it is mainly found in Sri Lanka, India, and East Africa. This stone offers a high light refraction, making it shine like a beacon of light. Garnets were highly praised in ancient Rome and Egypt, and they were worn in the superstition that they would ward off evil.
